Richard combines a degree-level education with extensive managerial experience prior to 20 years management consultancy experience gained with FMCG manufacturers, Drink industry, Engineering Companies, Leisure Industry, Utility Companies, Print Industry, Government Sector, Defence, Scientific Equipment, Oil, Construction, Textile and Logistics.
He has a proven track record in delivering major change programmes, (achieving significant improvements in bottom line results, operational performance, quality and customer service levels) to tight deadlines of time and cost. To date he has helped deliver in excess of over £25 million in cost savings.
Jennifer Lewington-Pytka
Director
Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise including the Construction Industry, Account Management and the NHS. She specialises in delivering classroom training programmes.
She has also extensive experience in customer service and management. She works extremely well at all levels in an organisation and brings the best out of them.
